  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within the United Kingdom.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Wellwear Socks.

  • 30-Day Returns: If you change your mind, you can return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
  • 1-Year Durability Guarantee: If your socks develop a defect within 365 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Full details: 1-Year Durability Guarantee.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
